Important Information
- It is your or your attorney's responsibility to make certain that the Child Support Depository has a copy of all court orders that require payments to be made through the Court or the State Disbursement Unit.
- Any changes of address or name must be done in writing either by mail or in person. As the Depository requires an original signature on the document, faxes are not accepted. Name changes must also include a copy of the marriage license, a copy of the court order changing the name, or a copy of the driver's license showing the new name. The Depository cannot take these changes over the phone.
- The Depository can provide you with some enforcement assistance; however, the Clerk's Child Support Enforcement division provides full enforcement services for all child support cases. For more information, visit Child Support Enforcement.
